Newly built villa near the sea and golf

The house is quiet, child-friendly and close to nature just south of Falkenberg, with barely 3 km to the nearest beach and with several beautiful beaches close by such as Skrea beach and Långasand. If you want to hike, there is Vesslunda nature reserve close by, and running tracks are nearby. Beautiful Falkenberg golf course is just over a kilometer away. For those interested in food, there are many options, for example, well-known Lilla Napoli. Ullared mall can be reached in half an hour. The house is new and fresh with all the comforts.

Relax in newly built country side villa! The house is located at height facing south and has three nice bedrooms, each with a double bed. The main bedroom also has a bunk bed. The house can accommodate up to 8 persons. There is small spa bath, deck, charcoal grill, Wi-Fi, A/C, TV and free electric car charging The house has a toilet, a tiled bathroom, open kitchen/living room as a lovely living area with fireplace Separate laundry room. Welcome to our lovely home on Skrea beach in Falkenberg. The house is 60 square meters with open plan for kitchen and living areas. In addition, there are 2 bedrooms and a small bathroom. From the living room a generous wooden deck is reached where the grill is ready. On the plot there is also a farmhouse (Attefallshus). The house has 2 bedrooms of 12 sqm with hotel feel. Skrea beach is just a few minutes walk away. The house has wireless wifi and the possibility to park 2 cars. For electric car there is also a charging box.

Detached house on farmhouse 8 km from Falkenberg center. Approximately 300 m to the beach, 1 km to Grimsholmen Nature Reserve, Kattegattsleden outside the knot. In the large room there is a kitchen area with dishwasher. There are two single beds located. A half staircase up is two beds. A staircase down the bathroom with a shower, WC, washing machine and iron. Two outdoor spaces with a smaller and a larger garden furniture. Mattress, duvet and pillow are available for the beds. Sheets and towels have the guest with them.

Take the whole family to this amazing place with sea views and large plot! The home is fresh, spacious with room for many, with large social surfaces. On the grounds there is a guest house with your own WC. Björkäng is a beloved place for surfers. With its beautiful location and proximity to both Toåker and Varberg, it is never too far for day trips. Nearby are Björkängs Fisk selling day fresh fish and local delicacies. The local area offers nice small roads for walking and bike rides.

We are located between Skrea and Tylösand at Kattegatt and have only 250m to our beach Långasand.
