Our nice guest house has one of the west coast's finest views over the sea and the islands. Newly built and airy with high ceilings. The guesthouse is located in a separate part of the garden in a peaceful area just down by the sea. Toilet, shower, fully equipped kitchen with induction stove and hot-air oven, fridge and dishwasher. A washing machine and dryer is located in the bathroom. Bed linen and towels included. Outdoor furniture both on the "jetty" and on the reading side. Only 130 m walk over the hills down to the sea and the swimming area!

In our forest there are good opportunities to see both moose and deer, etc. Our swimming lake can be reached by walking 400m on a forest road and then the water, rowing boat, fishing and comfortable swimming are waiting for you. Come to this unique and quiet home. Stay in this newly built 40sqm plus sleeping loft. A sofa bed for 2 people or you can stay in the loft, overlooking the lake Shower makes you outdoors with hot and cold water overlooking the lake. The lake is located just below the house with access to the plot's own jetty, where you can borrow a boat or canoe. Bicycles are available to borrow. The nearest store is in Ätran, about 8 km. Cleaning can be purchased for 700kr. Bed linen and towels are available for rent, 150 SEK per set.

With less than 800 meters distance you reach Ästad winery which also has an amazing spa and restaurant. 40 meters from the stugan you will find a swimming area with the jetty. A few kilometers from the cottage is Hiaklitten, an amazing hiking trail. But it's just as well for hiking around the amazing lake next to the cabin.
