Beautiful seaside home in ideal location

My home is spotlessly clean & very cosy. It’s located in a lovely quiet area in Southsea 5 mins walk to the beach and many cafes, shops and restaurants. If you’re looking for a trip to the Isle of Wight by hovercraft or ferry, to hit the shops and restaurants at Gunwharf Quays, a cultural experience at the DDay Museum and Historic Dockyard and much more, it’s all close by. Also convenient stop over for ferry to France or if taking a cruise. Sleeps 3 people plus I can accommodate a baby in a cot.

Self-contained annexe - own entrance & parking for one car. Close to Motorway, City Centre and Cruise Port (10 mins drive), both Universities, St. Mary's stadium, Ageas Bowl and Southampton Airport. 20 mins drive to Peppa Pig World. Bus stop and train station is a few minutes walk away. Buses are v.regular. Bitterne Triangle (3 mins walk) has a bakery, coffee roasters, takeaways, cafes, a micropub, a Spar, Tesco Express and laundrette. Riverside park offers a lovely walk along the river 🌳🦆

Spacious and Stylish Home in Heart of Top Village

A stylish and spacious recently renovated recording studio, which has been finished to a high spec with exposed timber beams, brickwork and a stunning log burner perfect for relaxing after exploring all that Hampshire and West Sussex have to offer. There is a large double bedroom with king sized bed and ensuite bathroom, and an open plan living area with sofa beds and log burner that can accommodate up to 3 further guests. There are 3 fantastic pubs within walking distance - one only 50m away!

Close to the River Hamble, with Riverside walks nearby and close to Swanwick Marina. Visit Historic Portsmouth Dockyard and the Cruise city of Southampton, this Grade II listed cottage is perfect to relax/explore or HotTub/Americas Cup/Cowes wk. Pubs within a very short walk or just go crabbing on the river with the kids. Fairthorne Manor is within a few miles and caters for children to have adventure days in school hols, kayaking, climbing, archery and much much more allowing adults to relax.

The Piggery is a secluded flint built hideaway, with lots of period charm, set in the grounds of a manor house. Converted to a high standard it has it’s own private garden, access to the owners tennis court & a large barn with table tennis, table football & pool, wider house grounds including an island, surrounded by the river Meon. Numerous walks direct from The Piggery and a number of local vineyards are nearby. 5/10mins walk away are two super pubs and the very well stocked village shop.

Entire cottage in the heart of rural Hampshire.

Dairy Cottage was a former milking parlour. We stopped milking cows in 1992 and converted the building into a self catering holiday cottage. The cottage is situated between the Cathedral City of Winchester and the market towns of Alton and Petersfield. Nearby is the pretty town of Alresford where the River Arle flows into a lake constructed to provide fishing as well as a reservoir for the River Itchen navigation. There is a lovely short river walk here which we're happy to tell you about.

We' re in the New Forest, as little as 4 mins on foot to fabulous forest walks and trails. There are pubs and restaurants within walking distance ( The White Hart, The Coach and Horses, Le Chateau Bistro.) 4 miles to Lyndhurst, Highcliffe castle beach, Steamer Point, Mudeford approx 30 mins drive. Large comfortable, non-smoking beachfront home on the seafront in Lee on Solent. The house is situated directly opposite a slipway and pebbled beach, making an ideal base for all to enjoy. Whether it be an active beach holiday, to explore the area or simply relax with a glass of wine whilst watching the activity in the Solent. Beautifully restored original chapel. Sat close to the river Hamble on the A0351 making it quick and easy to visit Historic Portsmouth, New Forest, Isle of Wight even London. The chapel boasts many original features. It is ideal for families, get-togethers and special occasions like birthdays, Christmas and New Year. It truly has to be seen to be fully appreciated.
