Very nice apartment with terrace+2 wheels+trailer

Completely new, cozy 2 rooms.-Whg in sunny basement with private parking, flat screen, Wi-Fi, Wama&Trockner as well as south-facing terrace and 2 wheels including children's trailer, which we have lovingly furnished in our new building. The location is perfect: 200m as the crow flies to the beautiful canal and only 2 km to the center always on the popular and with very nice shops walking down Warendorfer Straße. The favorite nightlife area in the Südstadt and harbor are also easy.

Mono im Teuto

„Mono" steht mitten im Teutoburger Wald. Hinterm Zaun ist nur noch Grün... Das Haus ist eigentlich kein Haus, sondern ein vor Jahrzehnten ausgebauter Trailer. Im Zuge einer Komplettsanierung bekam es 2020 rundum ein Timber-Frame-Skelett (neues Dach, neue Dämmung etc.) und damit eine erste Etage. Größe: 3,20 mal 13 Meter. Es heißt "Mono", da sein Außen, so wie auch jeder Raum innen, von hauptsächlich einer Farbe bestimmt wird.

You will stay in the middle of the Warendorfer old town in a beautiful old half-timbered house. On the ground floor there is a quaint, cozy restaurant and downtown and the market square can be reached on foot in just a minute. The furnishings are very individual and it is important to me that you feel "at home" in my apartment. The apartment has a total area of 50 sqm which is completely available to you during your stay

"Sweet Home" in an attractive location

A private, enclosed area awaits you, which you can reach through a separate staircase. In our small "Sweet Home" there is a bedroom with TV, wi-fi, armchair and a shelf (clothing storage). From here you can walk the separate shower. The washing area and toilet are separate.(In this room, the ceiling height is only 2m) Our Sweet Home includes a small seating area with coffee/tea bar and a hallway with wardrobe.

Known from the press on site! Articles see pictures! I offer my small (60 sqm of living space + 30 sqm terrace + 1,000 sqm garden) but nice home. Wishes for your stay? Call me. I'm working on excursion ideas for the environment. But it's "easy to suck" in the booth. The following apps are helpful: Sonos, Alexa, Klarstein, Philips Hue and Nuki - but not a MUST. Welcome to the housekeeping apartment (basement ) of the former rectory . The apartment is quiet with a view over the private terrace to the garden. In 12 minutes you are walking in the city center. The apartment has its own parking space. Münster charges 4.5% accommodation tax for private overnight stays. In January 2024, the accommodation tax also applies to professional stays.
