Beautiful apartment on the ground floor in an old farmhouse. Centrally located. Three bedrooms and a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom available. Wood burning. In winter ski touring, ice skating, sledging, cross-country skiing, skiing, snowboarding. In summer hikes, biking, bouldering in the Magic Woods and wildlife watching. All year round, paragliding flights and the Andeer mineral bath. Products are freshly available in the village from the farm, follow in the neighboring village, post bus stop is right in front of the house.

We are at the foot of the mountains and at the limit of the woods. Hiking trails suitable for all abilities and the Italian-Swiss bike path, they are outside the door of the house... the waterfalls are a 10-minute walk away, the village of Chiavenna is only 3 km away, Lake Como is 20 km away and the charming Saint Moritz is 39 km away.

Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.
