Byre Cottage - 5* Stone Cattle shed Conversion.

Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. The property is in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular East Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Christine) live in the Old Forge with my husband & will usually greet you upon arrival.

The bungalow is in a superb location within Filey and is ideal for visiting the Yorkshire Coast. Easily accessed by car and public transport. Once there you really don’t need a car, as the beach, shops, parks and cliffs are all within a short walk. There are lots of bars and restaurants, as well as visitor attractions in nearby Scarborough and Bridlington

This studio is finished to a very high standard, accommodating up to 4 adults with one off road parking space and plenty of free street parking. This unique cottage has a style all of its own. A modern property built in an old English style with large open fireplace, oak beams and wooden floors throughout. The cottage is set back off the road in a quiet courtyard with a lovely seating area to take in the daytime sun, The bedroom has a grand king size four posted bed with period furniture. Fabulous, Cosy, Unique Barn Conversion

Fabulous cosy barn conversion located in a quaint village but a stones throw from many of the lovely beaches located on the east Yorkshire coast, Hunmanby Gap beach only 10 mins drive away. You will have the whole barn to yourself including balcony which includes a gas BBQ to sit and chill while watching the sun go down, complimented by a lower seating area and private side garden. Inside there is a roaring log burner to snuggle up to. Pets are welcome but are limited to one please.
