Shopping facilities and the indoor stand are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. Very good bus and train connections. - nice large balcony - bathroom with tub and shower - lockable bicycle storage in the basement - new sofa bed (occupancy max 3persons)

Beautiful house direct on the lake "Eibenstock" in the UNESCO World Heritage Erzgebirge. Completely furnished with a huge kitchen including all you need for cooking.
