Conveniently located, it's just a 10-minute walk to downtown and April 1st Avenue's shops and services. Ayia Napa and Protaras are only a 12-minute drive away. The lovely one-bedroom place is centrally located and has easy access to everything. Coffee shops, restaurants, markets, and pubs are within walking distance. The most famous landmarks of Famagusta city are a 5-minute drive away. The most spectacular beaches of Famagusta are also within 5 to 10 minutes' driving distance. Our villa is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The villa itself offers a private heated pool (April - Nov), comfortable beds , fast fibre broadband and plenty of space to unwind outside and enjoy our warmer climate. The location is walking distance to the rustic unspoilt beaches of Ayia Thekla and the pretty river location, Potamos. The beautiful white sandy beaches of Ayia Napa (Landa, Nissi etc.) are just a 10 minute drive away, a great spot to get out and explore Cyprus from!
