Gulls Cry is a newly built annexe to our family home. With 2 vaulted ceiling bedrooms and a large sofa bed in the lounge area, this property will comfortably sleep 6 people. It has an open plan area downstairs with a fitted kitchen and dining table and also an outside space for a bbq. Off street parking is available for 1 vehicle. The property is ideally located for easy access to several beaches just a 5 min walk away. It is also on a regular bus route accessing all of Torbay and Dartmouth.

Willows Retreat is situated in the grounds of our house, has its own private pattio area and hot tub, (TUB NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN) in a quiet cul de sac. Dogs welcome. (1) Parking allocated to you on drive. A few minutes walk from the beach, local shops, pub and peacefull park with lovely walks nearby. Town is just down the road. Many attractions close by including velo track, water park, lesiure centre, zoo, cinema, bumper boats, driving range golf course. Steam train, harbours, moors.

Fortune Cottage is a charming fisherman's cottage located a few minute's walk from Brixham harbour. The three storey semi-detached house, completely refurbished and redecorated in 2020, has sea views from the master bedroom. The cottage comprises a large sitting room with log burner, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms and a shower room. There is also a small laundry room with a washing machine and a separate WC. Outside there is an enclosed yard with seating and a BBQ.

Welcome to the Maple Room, a private en suite guest unit in our family home. The room has its own private entrance, it is completely self contained and comprises of an entry room and an en suite bedroom. We are in the beautiful medieval "river and market" town of Totnes, home to many independent shops and eateries, close to beaches, Dartmoor and many walking and hiking trails. Our house is on a hill overlooking the town, with gorgeous views, and the high street is a 10/15 minute walk away.

Beautiful self contained cottage in the heart of Berry Head Nature Reserve, with a stunning half acre walled garden, beautiful views & 2 mins walk to the woods to access the South West Coast Path. Just a mile walk into Brixham harbour, with its blue flag beach, fabulous restaurants & historic fish market. The cottage has its own gate entrance for extra privacy and has a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. Unfortunately no dogs allowed as we have guinea fowl roaming.

North Barn on the banks of the River Dart

North Barn is an 18th century stone building set on the banks of the River Dart – originally a corn collection point for flat bottom barges to take the corn across the river to the Stoke Gabriel mill. From the 1940’s Whitestone Farm became an apple farm for wholesale Bramleys, and North Barn was used for apple grading and storage. There is an interesting painting in the barn done by one of the of the pickers.
