Cosy Apartment on Quiet Street in Unley

There is an open plan Kitchen, Dining and Lounge area to relax in. There is a generous sized bedroom, with ample storage, sunlit by day with a luxurious King Sized bed to sleep in. The lounge has a sofa which becomes a comfortable double bed should you need it. This apartment has everything you need for your stay. Netflix on tap. The place is yours for the duration of your stay. There are shared parking spaces on the property but I will provide a parking permit for street parking. There is a lockbox beside the front door - you are free to come and go as you please. You can always contact me with any query that you may have. The code to the lockbox will be issued to you prior to your arrival. Unley is a sought-after neighbourhood populated with boutique shops, indie coffee shops, and modern, Australian eateries. Cool Unley Road and King William Road in Hyde Park are within walking distance while the city is 5 minutes away by car. Walking, Riding, Tram or Bus. Everything is easy here in Unley. Have a great stay!

Close to nature, self-contained; a haven of tranquillity. Set in the beautiful Adelaide foothills, a prime location within easy reach of walks, cafes, transport, etc PLEASE READ; this is a rustic cottage. The shower setup is unconventional, though does provide a warm - hot shower depending on the weather! - READ BELOW. The cottage cold water tap is drinkable, no hot tap. Location is awesome! Everything you’ll need is within walking distance. However, please note, you are located right on the tram stop so you’ll hear the bell when tram passes. 2 min walk to Wayville Show Grounds, jump on a tram straight to the city (2 stops) or to Glenelg beach. Goodwood Rd hub has all you need, shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and pub. I love the city feel! With a a bit of a daring fit out this townhouse is funky yet homely at the sometime.
