You will spend your vacation in our apartment on the 7th floor renovated in 2021 (elevator available) of a former hotel. Through the panoramic window you have a magnificent view of the mountains and the climatic spa town of Bad Grund. The apartment has a fitted kitchen, a dining area, a modern bathroom with large shower, as well as a cozy solid wood double bed with cotton bedding. On the balcony you sit between herbs ( to harvest yourself) & flowers on teak wood furniture.

Entspannter Urlaub für die Familie oder Freunde (6 Personen). Hab Spaß mit der ganzen Familie in dieser stilvollen Unterkunft. Unser denkmalgeschütztes Haus wurde vor über 200 Jahren erbaut. Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und neu eingerichtet. Die "Birke" liegt im 1. Stock des Hauses und geht über 2 Etagen. Der 1400qm große Garten ermöglicht es Kraft zu tanken oder sich auszutoben. Gartenmöbel mit eigenem Sitzbereich und Grillmöglichkeit laden zum Verweilen ein.

Our primarily family-oriented apartment is located in the center of the spa town Braunlage, and is only 5 minutes by car from the Wurmbergbahn. The apartment has one bedroom, one children's room and a converted pointed floor with a play corner for children. It also has a fully equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom with large shower, toilet and washing machine. Final cleaning (65€) and spa cards (max. 2.80€ per adult & day) must be paid on site.

Haustiere sind bei uns gerne gesehen. Für die Endreinigung fallen 25€ an. Die Lage ist ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren. Der Harz und Städte wie Wernigerode, Goslar, Halberstadt, Blankenburg etc. sind in 30-45 Autominuten erreichbar.

In winter there are ski resorts in the village. Excursions are possible to Goslar, Wernigerode and Quedlinburg. Guest fee of €3.00/night for adults will be charged in cash on site.
