Beautiful seaside home in ideal location

My home is spotlessly clean & very cosy. It’s located in a lovely quiet area in Southsea 5 mins walk to the beach and many cafes, shops and restaurants. If you’re looking for a trip to the Isle of Wight by hovercraft or ferry, to hit the shops and restaurants at Gunwharf Quays, a cultural experience at the DDay Museum and Historic Dockyard and much more, it’s all close by. Also convenient stop over for ferry to France or if taking a cruise. Sleeps 3 people plus I can accommodate a baby in a cot.

The Piggery is a secluded flint built hideaway, with lots of period charm, set in the grounds of a manor house. Converted to a high standard it has it’s own private garden, access to the owners tennis court & a large barn with table tennis, table football & pool, wider house grounds including an island, surrounded by the river Meon. Large comfortable, non-smoking beachfront home on the seafront in Lee on Solent. The house is situated directly opposite a slipway and pebbled beach, making an ideal base for all to enjoy. Whether it be an active beach holiday, to explore the area or simply relax with a glass of wine whilst watching the activity in the Solent.
