A studio apartment relatively close to the town square (5 minutes away on foot) with a gorgeous view of the town and sea. Has both a small terrace and a balcony from which you can enjoy the view. In front of the house, we have a private parking in case you arrive by car. The apartment is on the second floor, and we live on the ground floor, so if you need anything, there will always be someone around to help you. The apartment was renovated in 2020.

It have two terraces,25 m2 each.From the terrace you have a beautiful view over the sea .Apartment is located in a quiet part of town,1200 m from the city center and about 250 m from the sea! There are two sleeping rooms both with Air con. In our house we have been hosting guests from all over the world since 1997. The apartment is located in surrounding center of Hvar city. It is situated in a small house structure with only one apartment surrounded by beautiful garden and it is fully furnished. You have the whole house for you. It has one bedroom with double bed and living room with a sofa. Sofa is not for sleeping. Kitchen is fully equipped without oven . Bathroom has a shower. Parking is not available.
