You will get an insight into the local culture by reading on the beach or terrace. We have furnished our apartment with love, enthusiasm and hope that you will feel comfortable. Brand new, modern Villa only 30 meters from the nearest beach with a sea view from every room. The Villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, an open space living room, a dining room and a kitchen. Outdoors is a spacious terrace with a dining and relaxation section, a barbeque, deck chairs, jacuzzi and a heated large 8x5 meter pool. SUP board and two bikes are at the disposal to our guests. Around the Villa there are many beaches for everybody, sandy, rocky, pebble beach or a concrete public beach.

Spacious, bright and comfy apartment, 2 large rooms for 5 persons. A/C in every room (living room and both bedrooms), LCD and WIFI provided. Kitchen fully equipped. FREE PARKING around the building. The Old town is less than 350 m away, a supermarket, bank and post office right across the street, as well as the bus station, from where you can reach all city beaches within 15-20 mins. 2nd floor with an elevator. NO PETS allowed.

My apartment is situated in quiet residental area, but close to all a guest could need for perfect stay. Shopping mall with grocery stores is 2 minutes away, beach and old city 10 minutes walking distance. You have your own garden terrace with table and chairs and free parking. Also perfect for families with children, big garden with swing, turtles and cats.
