Cozy apartment on the ground floor with private terrace. Lake facilities, shopping and restaurants - all within easy walking distance in 7-8 min. Bathing place with kiosk about 1.5 km (accessible via car-free foot cycle path). From November to the beginning of April, there is a beautiful lake view through the trees with beautiful sunrises.
