Cozy beach house with large garden

With a great location in the middle of Greve C is in 150 meters from probably Denmark's best sandy beach. A good walk along the beach (about 15 min.) leads you down to cozy Mosede Havn, which offers several really good restaurants and an ice cream house with homemade waffles and ice cream. Similarly, station and Greve Midtbycenter are less than 500 meters away, so if you want a trip to Copenhagen C, you are only 20 minutes away by train and about 20 minutes by car. The house is located 5 houses from the beach and is not bothered is traffic noise.

Entire house close to beach and S-train

Rent our small cozy house of 110 sqm with garden and small older sunny southwest facing terrace. Two bedrooms, one very large (we call it the "suite" :) ) + one smaller, possibility of extra bed. Large bathroom from 2023 with two showers and sinks. Clever electric charger. The house is 5 min walking distance from the beach, 3 min walking distance from Karlslunde St - S-train to Copenhagen (25 min) + Køge (15 min). Unfortunately, due to allergies, pets are not welcome. Due to safety, the house is not suitable for smaller children.

Rural idyll close to Copenhagen

Fantastic artisanal country house surrounded by cows and horses 30 km south of Copenhagen. Huge concrete terrace of 100m2, new kitchen with all kinds of kitchenware, espresso machine, bathroom with bathtub and shower cabin, 3 children's rooms (two with double beds and one with one bed), large sofa in living room. The bedroom is connected to the bathroom, so there is a walk-through from the living room when using the toilet. Full of personality and personal matters. Surrounded by nature. Close to Rema1000 (supermarket).

Ocean view house close to Copenhagen

Enjoy a lovely dinner on our rooftop terrace overlooking the sea. A house with 1 floor and several places to cosy up with two large living rooms and conservatory. Only 20 minutes from Copenhagen by car and 15 minutes walk to the station by S-train to the city. Kitespot right outside the door. Room for the little ones with lots of toys. In one sleeping room you will find a bedside crib, a loft bed for 2 small children. We have 2 very social cats, who come along in the cosy, in the summer it is very outside.

Lovely house in child-friendly area

Spacious detached house in child-friendly area close to beach and town. With 2 large children's rooms, bedroom, open kitchen living room and living room with cozy corner there are good opportunities for a lovely family holiday. With access to enclosed garden with trampoline, there is ample opportunity for activity for the children. Located only 1 km from the beach and Waves and only 20 km to cozy towns like Køge, Roskilde and of course Copenhagen, only the imagination sets the limits for an eventful holiday.

New Modern House by Sandy Beach

We have designed and built this modern house, By Greve Beach - only 20 min from the center of Copenhagen. The heart of the house is the spacious kitchen and the designer staircase. Down stairs there is also a cosy tv-room, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, at back entrance with washing facilities and a single toilet by the main entrance. Upstairs is the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, incl. a tub. The really nice, shallow and sandy beach is just down the road.

Laksehytten - The Salmon House

Et arkitekt tegnet hus midt i den meget rolige Karlslunde landsby. Ligger på lukket vej kun 100m fra byens gadekær, samt 150m fra indkøb. Nyd solen på lukket terrasse og lad børnene sove i annekset som ligger lige ud til terrassen. Huset er lyst og stilfuldt med fokus på terrassen og køkken-alrum. Er vejret ikke med jer er der 18kvm Orangeri med direkte adgang fra stuen. Huset er beliggende 25min kørsel fra København, eller 3km fra Karlslunde Station.

Idyllic house in Karlslunde Village - right by the street side. 5 min walk to shopping and public transport. House for 5 persons with 3 bedrooms. Enclosed garden and good terrace facing south. 1 bathroom It doesn't get any more idyllic. A discount will be given for longer stays. Copenhagen 25 km. Køge 20 km and Roskilde 15 km. Very central Cleaning costs DKK. 1000 Electricity, water and heating are charged separately

Semi-detached house in Greve Village

Belling in the idyllic Greve village. The house is 87 sqm. The bedroom is furnished with a continental bed for extra comfort and with blackout roller blinds. There is a smaller kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge/freezer and service. In the bathroom there is a very large shower cubicle as well as a nice bathtub. There is lightning fast internet. Minimum age of guests 25 years of age. No children, smokers or animals.

House with lovely garden close to Copenhagen

Relax with the whole family in this serene home. It's a super cozy house with a summerhouse vibe. It is close to shopping, 800 meters from S-train (it takes 26 min. to Copenhagen) and 1.2 kilometers from a nice beach.
