The holiday apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, has about 45m and consists of, kitchen-living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower bathtub, storage room, cloakroom, 2 balconies. Very quiet location in the green, a car is recommended. Living and sleeping room are plastered with clay, this leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment is completely newly built in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 people, possibly 3, 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the living area.

Welcome to nature! Welcome to the Holzerhof! The cozy 2 room apartment with about 50m2 is located on the ground floor of the farmhouse. On both sides of the apartment you can go outside on the terraces and enjoy the morning or evening sun. In the bedroom a cot can be placed. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped. The farmhouse is located in a secluded location directly on the hiking trail and at night you can only hear the crickets pine.

Apartment is small and nice and the ideal pole position in summer for biking, golfing and hiking. In winter you are right by the elevator. The ski bus stops very close to the accommodation. You can walk along the Ache in a few minutes to the village center and enjoy Tyrolean hospitality.
