There is plenty for 3 families to come. There are no vehicles on the ground, so it's safe for children to play in the complex. Security guards are available 24 hours a day. There is a security device for the common entrance, so it is safe because external people can't enter. 1. There is free parking for 24 hours (multiple cars available) & electric charging stations (4 cars) -Line 2 Guui Station, Dong Seoul Terminal, and Seongsu are about 5-10 minutes away. It is good for sightseeing and local travel in Seoul. 2. Lotte World Children's Grand Park Sangsangnara, Ttukseom Amusement Park, etc., so it's good for traveling with children. 3. There are food alleys and Konkuk University flavors, so you can enjoy a variety of food. 4. "GS 25 convenience store, pharmacy, karaoke room, laundromat, beauty salon" in front of the front door of the apartment, etc. 5. "Body Friend Massage Chair" is popular!!! 6. 86 "TV 7.
