They can be read in "other details to note" below and in “house rules. “ Restored old Farmhouse Duplex that is owner occupied on one side. There is 1600 sq. ft. of cozy charm with all the comforts of home. 15 Mins. South of Lake George Village & 20 minutes North of Saratoga. Close to I87 with a country setting. Guest have full private access with plenty of off road parking. 1 car per bedroom permitted.

Cabin get-away to Lake George

Enjoy space, privacy, nature. This is not for everyone! Relax at a private (heated) cabin that sits on a seasonal stream. There is no plumbing or electricity. The outhouse is shown in photos. Not suitable for toddlers. There is a stream with a steep rocky bank and a narrow bridge without a railing. It's perfect for folks who love the outdoors. There is a hiking trail from the cabin. Lake George (actual lake) is 1/4 mile away. The village with public beaches (and bathhouse) is a 10 min drive.
