Secluded self-contained annexe facing woods

Located in the countryside yet very close to Canterbury , University & Whitstable. This room is completely private and not overlooked, with its own private patio. Connected to the house but with its own entrance . A great place to unwind but also convenient for all of Canterbury's many attractions. Breakfast is left for you in the kitchen to be prepared by yourself at leisure. The breakfast is as listed; tea or coffee, toast and butter and two types of jam and granola . We allow one good dog .

We would describe our apartment as spacious, comfortable, full of character, with all the modern conveniences needed for an enjoyable stay. Split over 2 storeys the accommodation is entirely self contained and covers the upper 2 floors of a Grade 2 listed building with a wealth of original features such as leaded windows, beams, wooden doors and staircase. A comfortable lounge has 2 large sofas and dining table that seats 4 with wall mounted Smart TV. Both bedrooms are good sized doubles.

Welcome to my city centre garden house, located only a 5 minute walk from Canterbury West Rail Station and in the historic neighbourhood of St Dunstans, close to UKC University. There is good Wifi, a well equipped kitchen and comfortable furniture, bedding and a sun-trap Garden and street parking nearby. Built in 1826, my house provides a comfortable home for a city break, graduation, a work visit or to tour East Kent and Whitstable; it is easy to access by foot or public transport.

Dating from the 1500's All Saints Cottage is located beside the River Stour in the heart of the City, just 500m from Canterbury Cathedral. It has a small, tranquil private courtyard directly overlooking the river as it meanders through the City. Due to its steep, winding stairs and riverside location All Saints Cottage is not suitable for children under 12 or those with mobility issues.
