Cozy cottage of 60 m2 by Hals. Short walking distance to beach and Hals town. Bordering into free area (forest) and very close to lovely golf course. There are great hiking trails along the water. The house is sunny and has a large garden. There is a gas grill, garden furniture, bicycles, sandbox, swing stand and various toys and games available. The cottage contains a bright kitchen/living room with dining area. There is a wood-burning stove (including firewood) and TV with Cromecast. There is fiber broadband and Wi-Fi in the house.

The cottage, which is exciting in its construction, as it is on several levels, is located on a 3000m2 large secluded natural plot. It is only a 10 min walk to the North Sea (5 min by car) and one of Denmark's best sandy beaches. Terrace all around the house, many seating areas and thus always the possibility of shelter, sun and tranquility. Access to gas grill. Good opportunities for running, biking and mountain biking. Lovely house, renovated in 2023. The house is bright and has really good space for the whole family, but is also ideal for a boyfriend weekend. There are many great amenities such as a wilderness bath, gas grill, garden games, and activity table. The cottage has a lovely terrace as well as lounge area. The house is only 10 minutes walk from the forest and a good bathing beach The house is heated for arrival For the house supplied: - sheets - towels - salt/oil etc. - Coffee/tea The only thing you need to bring is firewood

Newly built spa-sauna-summer house from 2020 of 140 m2, located in scenic and ungenerous surroundings in a nice and quiet holiday area. Lots of nice touches, great solutions, and great space for families 1500 m to the sea 130 m ² open patio area. No smoking, parties, and pets. There is no barbecue In case of violation of the prohibition, a fee of at least DKK 3,000 will be charged. Upon arrival, an amount of DKK 1,000 must be paid via Airbnb, Mobilepay or Pay Pal. The amount will be returned, for example, consumption.

Nice cottage close to the beach

Relax and enjoy the summer in this beautiful cottage. The house is located on a scenic ground (2400 squeare meters ) from which you can glimpse the sea and enjoy the sunset. The house is located very close to the dunes (2nd row). The walk to the beach is only about 15 min mostly through the dunes. If you prefer it is also possible to take the car and drive on the beach.
