3 little Care Bear bungalow

Come and experience a little getaway on Lake Hartwell. This is a cute little house, perfect for families or just getting away from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta or Charlotte. There is fishing and you can go swimming in the cove. there's is plenty of parking available on my driveway for your boat SUV or other vehicles. Walmart and Ingles is about 8.2 miles from the house. drive into the city of Hartwell and experience some of the local dining. I left some brochures of my favorite restaurants.

Spacious home located on Lake Hartwell with views from inside the home as well as from the large back deck which stretches the full length of the home! With 6 large tv’s, a game room and fire table on the covered back deck, and lake access there are plenty of options available for the entire family to enjoy together or separately. The split floor plan creates plenty of privacy for everyone as well and 2 bedrooms have their own doorways onto the back deck overlooking beautiful Lake Hartwell.

The Shanty on Waites

This tiny “fishing shanty” is located on a peaceful wildlife-filled peninsula that stretches 3 miles out into Lake Hartwell. It is 0.8 miles (3 min. drive) from Jarrett Landing with Green Pond Landing only a 12 min. drive away. The driveway is wide and extra long providing ample room for a boat and trailer (or two!). Only 25 minutes from Clemson University for the Tiger fans! COMFORTABLY sleeps 2 adults. There is a couch, but it’s not a sleeper sofa. Air mattress available upon request.

Take advantage of the courtesy dock for a jet ski or boat. Put your boat in at Saddlers Creek State Park and enjoy the park’s bike and walking trails. There are great restaurants nearby as well as shopping and more. We are 20min from Hartwell GA, 25 min to Anderson University, and 30min from Clemson University.

Quiet and tucked away street with very few cars (lots of deer), but only 10 minutes from historic downtown Hartwell. Kayaks and floats available for use. Fire pit, gas grill, and large wrap-around deck perfect for entertaining. Enjoy the sunset on our private dock. Great for a weekend retreat at the lake or an extended stay. 200 Mbps wifi, ample parking, boat rental and boat drop nearby.

We are 20 minutes from I-85, Lavonia and Hartwell, 40 minutes from Athens and 5 minutes from Emmanuel College. Accommodations for adults age 21 and over. Sorry, NO CHILDREN under age 12, due to steep stairs, and noise for other guests. SMOKE and PET-FREE environment.
