Come and experience a little getaway on Lake Hartwell. This is a cute little house, perfect for families or just getting away from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta or Charlotte. There is fishing and you can go swimming in the cove. there's is plenty of parking available on my driveway for your boat SUV or other vehicles. Walmart and Ingles is about 8.2 miles from the house. drive into the city of Hartwell and experience some of the local dining. I left some brochures of my favorite restaurants.

With 6 large tv’s, a game room and fire table on the covered back deck, and lake access there are plenty of options available for the entire family to enjoy together or separately. The split floor plan creates plenty of privacy for everyone as well and 2 bedrooms have their own doorways onto the back deck overlooking beautiful Lake Hartwell.
