Gorgeous home, private parking and stunning views

Bay View Cottage is a fabulous ENTIRE Ulverston home extremely well suited for a romantic escape for two people or for working in the area, or working at home, great WiFi. Very peaceful here no road noise lots of bird song, cosy up and enjoy the panoramic view. Very close to town centre it has own entrance with a key safe, so arrival time can be totally flexible, and there is private parking. We use a Professional cleaning service to ensure the place sparkles. Much better than a hotel room!

Toilet & shower are a short step outside the Stables, in beautiful gardens. Lit by fairy lights at night. Lounge space with wifi & cooking hob

Superb semi detached cottage with two bedrooms, a large garden & private parking just over 2 miles from Cartmel & Newby Bridge at the South end of Lake Windermere. Granary Cottage has a EV charger for vehicle charging. Vehicle charging is charged at 50p per unit. The dining room has great views with a pair of French doors in to the living room which has a large double sofa bed & another pair of doors to the garden & outdoor seating. The master bedroom is en suite with a 2nd Jack & Jill door.

We offer guests a contact free stay in our detached studio suite in the Lake District.To refresh the studio and to complete intensive cleaning we block off a day either side of every booking. The studio has a king-sized bed, dining table & chairs, a very comfortable sofa, TV, lobby, wet room, small kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, tableware, cutlery. A delightful fully equipped first floor apartment for two. (A babe in arms is welcome) 1 small pet allowed The apartment is a minute walk to all the amenities of Cartmel which includes the Race course and the famous Michelin starred Restaurants.
