Our guesthouse in the center of Limmen has been completely renovated in Jan/Feb 2024 with a completely new bathroom. It is an attached apartment (30m2) with its own entrance and all amenities (AH, bakery, etc) 3 minutes on foot. The beautiful North Holland dune area and the beach (10 minutes), but also Alkmaar(15 minutes) and Amsterdam(30 minutes) are easily accessible. Parking is on the street and is free. You can use the bikes for free. You will receive a private piece of garden at your disposal.

This beautiful cabin offers privacy, nature and canals on both sides, yet is only 1.5 miles (2.4km) from town and a 40 minute train ride to Amsterdam. The beautiful view over the meadows is recommencded for nature lovers and the who seek peace or want to relax The beautiful views and clouds are a feast for the eyes. There are goats and ponies, which the young guests will enjoy. They can cuddle with the rabbits and our cheerful dogs. Furthermore, we have a horse, sheep, chickens, birds and rabits. Wagon is well insulated, also suitable for spring and winter. Toilet unit at about 20 meters distance.

Ons gezellige gastenverblijf is in 2019 verbouwd van oude aluminium fabriek naar energie neutrale tinyhouse van 40m2. Het staat vrij in de achtertuin van ons verbouwde huis in Limmen. Het ligt dichtbij de duinen, het strand en bossen. De grotere steden Alkmaar, Haarlem en Amsterdam bevinden zich op rijafstand. Met het openbaar vervoer is het ook goed te doen, maar een eigen auto maakt het vele malen makkelijker. Met een fiets kun je het beste genieten van de omgeving.

Stolpboerderij Het Span: a wonderful apartment!

On Het Span it is delicious! You look over the lands to the dunes and the mill. You will have an own parking space and an own garden garden space. We did everything we could to keep the view of the sunset as much as possible. The apartment is suitable for four people and we like it when you come with children. They will love sleeping in the bed and playing in the playhouse.
