Beautiful "getaway" house hidden in the nest of wild nature inside the city limits! Surrounded by amazing nature this place is a real treasure for somebody who wants a vacation or romantic weekend! Just renovated (new carpet, paint, appliances etc). BEST LOCATION: 1-2 min Target, Best Buy, Walmart, theater, Grocery Store+ 50+ restaurants, 5 min to SeaWorld, 15 min to Six Flags/La Cantera/Lackland AFB. 20 min to the River Walk & airport. PLEASE NOTE: There are only 1-1/2 BATHROOMS at our home.

Luxurious Retreat Between Six Flags and SeaWorld.

Hill Country retreat overlooking the city. Private quarters with separate entrance, spacious living room, full kitchen, bedroom w/closet, bathroom w/shower, and a covered sitting area overlooking city. 15 minutes from Fiesta Texas and Sea World, 25 minutes from downtown, and one mile away from Old Town Helotes. Pool & hot tub are available for additional fee of $50 per pool use in the morning 8:00 - 4:00, or in the evening 4:00 -10:00. Pool is not heated during colder months, only hot tub is.

Welcome to the river house, our little slice of central Texas heaven! Here you’ll find a comfy, secluded, private home on the banks of the Medina river, located 45 minutes outside of San Antonio and a short 15 minute drive to Bandara. This recently renovated two bedroom all rock home has a bonus room, a large full bath, spare half bath, and everything a family could need to enjoy a great trip to the Medina river. The river is very family friendly and 100 yards directly in front of the house.

Best location...10 minutes to Sea World, Fiesta (Six Flags), La Cantera Shopping, 15 minutes to Rim, 25 minutes to River Walk. Quiet neighborhood close to Old Helotes. All houses are on acreage. Very kind and friendly host. New construction. Save money by using fully equipped kitchen. The playground is available for the younger guests. This apartment is on second floor and detached from main house offering excellent privacy.
