Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

In our detached house we rent our modern studio. The studio is located on the 1st sock, has its own entrance and is completely separate from our living area, except for the shared staircase. We attach great importance to sustainability and heat our home with earth heat and we generate the electricity with our PV system. Private bedroom in Souterrain (semi-basement) with private bathroom. No kitchen! We do not offer cooking facilities, nor do we install temporary kitchens, it is not possible to prepare food in the room. Only the laundry room is shared. Perfect location. Less than 100m away from: Train station, bus stop, Fachhochschule, Lokremise (cultural center), Cafeteria Gleis 8, shopping facilities, Cityparking Parkhaus.

This pretty 1-room apartment is centrally located on the ground floor with separate entrance, small seating area and private kitchen. It is otherwise used as a practice room. The bathroom can be reached at a distance of 1 ½ meters over the hallway. It is for exclusive use. I speak German, in French and in Spanish. In Italian, I can somehow communicate.
