The rustic garden studio behind an original colonial Ponsonby house in a great location 2-minute walk to cafes, restaurants & boutiques on the world-famous Ponsonby Rd. Warm, safe, secure & homely. The studio bedroom is in the back garden with your rustic outside bathroom a few meters away along a garden path. If we are on our deck you can wave to us. The place is best suited for people who are in transit or going to a concert, event, or work and need a bed for a night or two.

Your home away from home - completely self-contained with own entrance. Close to cafes and restaurants on Jervois & Ponsonby Roads. Supermarket at the top of the road. Easy access to public transport to CBD & Newmarket, Zoo. Westhaven Marina is a scenic stroll away - or minutes away by car. Lovely Home Bay Beach is at the bottom of our road. One block away is Salisbury Reserve with kiddies playground. My place is good for couples, business travellers, and families.

A detached, self contained garden studio, with its own access. An easy walk to the vibrant restaurants, cafes and boutiques in Ponsonby. The studio is a 25 minute walk to the CBD. A bus stop at the top of the street connects all inner city suburbs. In the kitchen is a microwave,also provided are milk,jam,toast bread,various teas and coffees. Kia ora! We would love to host you in our separate studio where you can relax in private. It includes a modern bathroom with shower, as well as a living area with a sofa/single bed. (Available for use as an extra bed on request for a $40 fee). It is set in our native NZ garden and is bright and fresh. We live in a great area with many cafes, shops, restaurants and bars nearby.
