Location is idea to enjoy walks and cycle within the New Forest and walks along the Avon Valley path.

Large studio apartment on beautifully situated small holding surrounded by forest. Private decking with lovely views and direct access to the forest. Recently been re-decorated and features log burner (seasoned wood supplied), induction hob, oven, washing machine, fridge and freezer. Plenty to parking and undercover storage space for bicycles etc. Watch the deer from the windows! The nearest pub is 10 minute walk and there are 3 other pubs within 3 mile radius including the Royal Oak at Fritham

The annex is a large space attached to the main house with its own access and drive for parking. This sparkling clean accommodation is all on the ground floor and offers a large double bedroom with en-suite, open-plan lounge kitchen and dining area with beautiful vaulted ceilings which give a barn like feel. The kitchen is well-equipped. There is also an entrance hall / lobby which is ideal for secure storage for bikes if needed. Sorry but this property is not suitable for infants or children.

The Studio

Detached with independent entrance, perfect to remain isolated! Double en-suite room in a cul-de-sac with a rural outlook. Deers can often be seen in the field if you are an early bird. The tiny house is 3 minutes level walk to Ringwood Town Centre, Ringwood Parish Church and Doulos Training as well as all the shops, bars and restaurants. Public transport from the town centre to Bournemouth, London etc. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers.

Red Oak Barn within the New Forest National Park

Our barn is unique, rustic and quirky, being made from recycled materials, resulting in a homely atmosphere. We’re at the western side of the National Park. Access to/from London is very good. Our market town (Ringwood) is nearby, as are beaches, the Purbecks, the Jurassic Coast, and local tourist attractions. The barn is secluded and suitable for couples, families, older folk and business people. We also accept dogs, provided owners accept and adhere to our pet rules.
