Stunning refurbished property ,offering breathtaking views,to the sea,and Fuertaventura. Very private, and not overlooked, in a rural area ,but close to Puerto del Carmen. Fantastic terraces for sunbathing, and dining. Built in barbeque,Hot tub, and pool table, all on ground level. On the upper level, an open plan lounge/fully fitted kitchen, spacious bedroom and large shower room. 42" flatscreen tv with full tv package, free internet. Off road parking, and lockable gate. Beach towels provided.

A relaxing cottage directly by the sea designed and built by Florencio Pérez who worked closely with César Manrique. New to Airbnb, this escape from the everyday has been in the family since it was built in the early 60s and contains works by local family artist MargaMod. The apartment is in one of the most exclusive residential areas on the island, very safe and well connected. It is part of a beautiful villa but has a private entrance and direct access to the private garden and private pool. Equipped with all kinds of details. Price/night up to 2 pax €65, 3rd pax surcharge €15. We are close to a boardwalk, with bike path, leading to Arrecife or Playa Honda, ideal location to explore the island: 37 km from the south and 40 from the north.

The apartment has just been completely refurbished in May 2018, so that customers will debut both furniture and appliances. It is spacious, comfortable, very bright, facing south, and sunny all day. It has a magnificent terrace, with heated pool and spectacular views of the sea, the promenade and the beach, and two hammocks for private use. A few meters away we have the promenade, the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, surf schools, bus, taxis, banks.
