Very easy to be in. Our house sits in front of the Tiny house. Parking is in front of house. We live in a very rule area. We are a little over an hour from Yosemite. We set between two lakes Lake Don Pedro and Lake Mcclure. We have neighbors but not close There is a market close by and a Dollar General .

It is a perfect spot for a family or couple wanting to visit the National Parks nearby (60 min. to Yosemite, 120+ to Sequoia and Kings Canyon).
