My place is close to the high street of Steyning which is a quaint and historical town located on the edge of the south downs national park. It has an array of interesting independant shops catering for all tastes , it is on a direct bus link to Brighton and the south coast as well as walking distance to the countryside. The cottage is good for couples, solo adventurers, business people and furry friends ( pets ) . It is small but perfectly formed but beware of the low ceilings and doorways.

Stylish independent annexe, own entrance, in the grounds of an Old Vicarage. A perfect retreat to get away from it all. This spacious suite is light, airy and comfortably sleeps up to 3 guests with en-suite shower and separate toilet and basin. Facilities to make light breakfast within The Annexe (welcome pack provided). TV, DVD, Wii and good wifi. The Annexe is surrounded by beautiful countryside providing lovely walks and cycle rides from the doorstep. A pub at either end of the lane!

The South Downs Way is up a ½ mile track behind the cottage, and we’re 12 miles to the sea, 18 to Goodwood, 30 to Gatwick and 50 from London.
