Charming old wooden house in a quiet area. Enjoy the great view over the fjord from the veranda, where you can see a beautiful sunset and enjoy the heat from the campfire. The house is well equipped in all rooms. The house is located only 7 km from the starting point of the Pulpit Rock trail. It is a 5 minutes drive from Jørpeland, wich is the town center in this area. From the house it is a 10 minutes drive to the ferrydock in Forsand, where there is ferry connection to Lysebotn.

The building has been through total renovation in 2017 and the apartment appears brand new. It is situated downtown Stavanger centre, walking distance to all the major sights in the city. There is free parking right outside the building, including free electric car charger outlet. Naustet is brand new and part of the lake house environment towards Soknasundet. There is a dock with fishing opportunity. Buildings and furniture are made by the renowned architect Espen Surnevik. If you come by boat there is plenty of room for the boat at the pier. Naustet is part of Sokn Gard (see fb) which has many animals you can visit, and the garden has a 5 km hiking trail.
