The small house is located on the Kreisstraße between Neudietendorf and Erfurt. The interior design is new and has been designed with a lot of love. The furniture is made of timber and exude a special charm. Bedroom & bathroom facing south, living room with French Balcony to the north. The entire house is heated with a pellet stove in the kitchen (host takes over daily maintenance in consultation). Arrival (e.g. for business travelers) is possible by arrangement any time of the day.

Our former hiking company room with private bathroom, kitchenette and separate entrance is located in the city center of Ilmenau. It is 150 m to the market, about 1 km to the train station. Bakery, supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance. Car can be parked directly in front of the property free of charge. We have a covered storage facility for bicycles. Ideal for hikers, cyclists, business travelers, students and craftsmen. Linens and towels are included.

The house is modernly decorated and the garden offers plenty of space for free development. In the winter months perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof, the rest of the year great for hiking, cycling and SightSeeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and more. Our sauna requires a short preparation. If you would like to use the sauna, please let us know after booking. Furthermore, we have a pool that you are also welcome to use. Hot tub is currently broken.
