Like new guest house finished in May 2023. The house sits behind our home and is attached to our shop. Perfect for 1-3 adults or a family of 4. The bedroom has a king bed and the living area has a full size futon. Families are welcome to enjoy the nice yard with gas fire pit, playground, and front patio. Safe and friendly neighborhood with walking paths nearby. Sunset views are excellent from the top of the street. Easy freeway access and minutes from Idaho State University and the Hospital.

Welcome to Fourty Winks we live in a quiet neighborhood. This is a 1 bedroom unit with a fold out couch. There is a beautiful park with an awesome playground 1 block away. The mall , best eateries & store are 2 mins. away. You have access to board/card games and toys for little ones. This unique place has a style all its own. The experience starts as you walk into a gorgeous entryway designed to look like your walking into a mine. Idaho's history is all over in this apartment in the décor as well as reading materials. You will feel right at home in this completely renovated immaculately clean space. I have had a lot of fun preparing for guests from picking board games to providing details and extras in the kitchen such as coffee and cereal choices.
