Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis on lake Champlain right off interstate I89 on the Canadian border in a private estate with 6 beach accesses throughout, also a boat ramp for fisherman!! ICE fishing as well, (ask me about an ice fishing shanty rental) Very nice quiet neighborhood, watch the beautiful sunsets at the waterfront next to a nice cozy camp fire on the beach or on the deck grilling food and playing corn-hole, great WIFI connection. People come from all across the country to tour the area on bicycles in summer, and from all over the world during the winter for Lake Placid's winter sports. In fall, the colors are incredible. You will find golf about 1/2 mile away, and other attractions such as Ausable Chasm, High Falls Gorge, orchards, boating, hiking, and more close by!
