This idyllic & private cottage, just 10 minutes' drive to downtown Savannah & 20 minutes to Tybee Island, is within walking distance from the Wilmington River and a number of local restaurants/coffee spots. Includes two charming rooms with a queen sized bed / trundle bed. An open floor plan, the living room/kitchen have a comfortable sofa, a TV, a table for 5-6, refrigerator, sink, oven, microwave & Keurig. Waterfront Home on Tidal Marsh - Beautiful views!

Located on Wilmington Island - 15 minutes from historic downtown Savannah and 15 minutes from Tybee Island beach - but not sure why you would ever want to leave our beautiful view of Half Moon River, Wilmington Island Sound, the barrier islands and the ocean beyond! We rent the bottom floor of our vacation home - it has its own separate entrances. 900 foot dock to walk to the river to fish, look for porpoises or go crabbing. Watch the herons and egrets in the marsh at low tide.
