Architect Designed Mid Century Townhouse on Quiet Square

Embrace the unique design of this historic terraced house. The residence features a mid-century modern aesthetic with vintage furnishings and decor, contrasting patterns and colours throughout, an outdoor dining space, and a rooftop terrace. We also have off-street car parking for up to two cars. Our cool and comfortable 4-bedroom house is over 4 storys with views over green and quiet Camden Square. It comfortably fits 8/9 people and is located a few minutes' walk from the underground station. World famous Camden Market is 10-min walk away. Have breakfast in the sunny garden and watch the sunset over Hampstead from the roof terrace. SPACE: The apartment comprises of a master bedroom (king-size bed) with an en-suite bathroom on the top, the 3rd floor. There are three further bedrooms on the 2nd floor (one double with ensuite, one double and one single, one shower room). The 1st floor has 2 living rooms and one bathroom. One living room has a sofa which becomes a very comfortable double bed. On the ground floor there is a guest wc and a large kitchen diner that leads out onto a large, south-east facing garden, ideal for outdoor entertaining. BETTER THAN A HOTEL: With good quality beds and bedding, the bedrooms are as comfortable as a hotel but with the use of a kitchen which helps keep costs down for breakfast, refreshments and meals AND you can do your own laundry which is expensive in a hotel. There is a American Fridge Freezer with ice dispenser and filtered water so you don't have to buy bottled water. There is cable TV, bring your laptop with you and use the internet (no daily charge like a hotel) plug in your iPod and play your own music. We provide crisp, white, professionally washed and ironed bed-linen and high-quality Egyptian-cotton towels. Guests will have access to the entire house and the garden (only not the garage). I hope to welcome you on arrival day and our lovely and reliable friend will act as a concierge, checking you out. I will give you a tour of the house and help you have a comfortable stay. We will be available via a phone or email during your stay. The house is centrally located on a beautiful, green residential square, a 15 minute walk from Camden Town Tube and the buzzing Camden Town and Camden Market. It is also close to great parks like Regent's Park, Primrose Hill, and Hampstead Heath. Getting around is really easy with the Camden Town Station - Nothern Line Underground - and Camden Road Overground Station just a 8-min walk away. There is also a variety of buses going to central London with the stops a few minute walk away from the house. Trafalgar Square and the West End (theatres, Leicester Square, China Town, Soho) is 20 minutes away with the 29 bus - a red double decker one!
