Logement intégralement rénové, situé dans une résidence calme à 3 min à pied du Métro ligne 7 et de tous commerces. Décoré et équipé avec soin, on y accède par le rez-de-chaussée et les fenêtres donnent sur la rue opposée au 2ème étage, avec peu de vis à vis. Bien insonorisé grâce aux fenêtres neuves et doté du Wifi très haut débit, on peut y télétravailler efficacement. Cozy air-conditioned studio, on the first floor, without elevator, of a small house in a residential cul-de-sac. It includes a large desk, ideal for quiet remote work. Located 700 meters from the Mairie d 'Ivry metro (line 7) and 200 meters from the T9 tram (La Briqueterie station) it allows you to easily reach Paris (Châtelet accessible in 30 minutes). There is a Vélib station nearby.
