This studio guest house has a private entrance with pond and pool view from the room. The cover photo is one of Wilmingtons sunrise at the beach. This cozy room has a comfortable King bed, 1 sofa couch, and 1 single blow up mattress or your choice of a Queen blow up mattress that you would have to request. Your own private bath stocked with towels and mini toiletries if you forget them. The neighborhood is very quite and safe. I have a coffee maker and cups for the morning cup of joe.

A unique guest suite getaway is in the treetops of a quiet Middle Sound community. It's the perfect nest for a couple's retreat or a savvy solo traveler. Loft-style bath area has NO DOOR but a wall. Designed for light use. I live in the house and have other guests in guest bedrooms. I'm on the other side of a locked door One vehicle. Wrightsville Beach is 10 min. Two guests max, one parking spot. No additional guests OR visitors. No late-night hours, or reserving for other people.

Peaceful place

This is the upstairs of my home with a private keyed entrance . There is a Kitchenette with microwave, toaster, ice maker,small refrigerator, and coffee maker. Private bath has tub/shower. The Bedroom is quite large, very comfortable queen bed, lots of closet space, book nook and Wi-Fi reception. The second room is set up as sitting room./TV with WiFi , Prime, Netflix and Apple / fold out couch for second sleeping area. All area’s are bright and spotlessly clean

This is a recently renovated rustic 1947 cottage with an outstanding view of and access to the Intracoastal Waterway. It is perfect for meditation or quiet time by the water's edge, or for fishing, art, reading, writing, kayaking or paddleboarding. It is close to Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Topsail Island and Hampstead where there is shopping, restaurants, outdoor and cultural activities and beautiful beaches. It's old, but it is full of charm!
