Lovely family house in natural area – close to the big city

In the middle of beautiful nature, right where the city ends, is this cozy family house. Charming street house /semi-detached house in central Malmö. Two bedrooms with two beds in each of the rooms, associated with smaller kitchen and two bathrooms. A warm welcome to pleasant Ekeby, a small town located in northwestern Skåne. Here, about 3,500 people live in mixed ages, mainly in villas but also in some apartments and farms. In the village there is, among other things, a gas station, a kiosk with street kitchen and a pizzeria. One of Sweden's largest privately owned furniture stores is also located here, with a restaurant serving lunch, sandwiches and cakes. There is a medical center. Grocery store is in the nearby resorts - ICA Billesholm 7 km, Coop Kågeröd 10 km.

Relax in this unique and beautiful home near the forest and beach There is plenty of space for a couple/friends with a terrace to sleep. Inside, the house is spacious with a large lovely living room, bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the bathroom and kitchen with stove, coffeemachine, refrigerator, etc. Washing machine access is available Rungsted coast is located between Copenhagen and Helsingør. About 1 km to the water, the trendy Rungsted Harbour with all the restaurants and Karen Blixen house.

Cozy little apartment (annex) with its own entrance and exit to garden with barbecue and garden furniture. The apartment: a bedroom with 2 really good box- mattresses, which serve as a double bed or single beds. Both winter and summer duvets are extra long. Combi living room/kitchen, hallway and small bathroom with walk-in shower. There is private guest parking and bicycles available. Close to lovely Kattegat with beach access from the landowner's beach grounds. Note: due to dog allergy no pets. Sorry.

Charming house with a great location.

Charming house in a great location. The house has 3 rooms and a loft as well as bathroom and kitchen. It is sorrounded by a very nice garden and has access to its own south facing terrace with garden furniture. Copenhagen and Elsinore can be reached in 20 minutes, and Rungsted harbor with many restaurants and a nice beach within minutes. Louisiana Art Museum, Kronborg Castle are nearby. The hosts live in an independent house in the same place and are available to give you a perfect vacation.

The bed-sittingroom, home for one. No smoking in house. Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. Adjoining bathroom with shower, hair dryer . Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. German and understand Italian.

It is located 1000m from the beach, 500m from the forest, 1000m from the harbor, 800m from the train and bus station and 500m from shopping. The nearby surroundings are cozy and family friendly. Free parking spaces near the house. There is WIFI available in the house. No smoking inside the house!!
