Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. If you love the outdoors and wanna leave the big city this is it! Walk out the backdoor and head down to the jelloway creek for some family fun! A quarter mile down the road are walking/biking trails and 1/2 mile to the canoe/kayak launch. Several local restaurants within walking distance, and to get the Amish feel head to Danville in 4.5 miles with several restaurants. You are within minutes of Honey Run Falls and several parks!

Relaxing 3 bdrm 2 ba Lakeview Cottage

Great for a couples getaway, girls or golf wknd. Bring the whole family to this cottage with lots of room for fun. Spacious but cozy, remodeled Cape Cod with year-round lake views! Plenty of outdoor living space with 2 decks and a screened in porch. This is is our lake getaway and everything was redone in 2019. Close to MVNU and Kenyon for college events. Amish towns are nearby. Bring your canoe or kayak-river access is 8 minutes away. Rent canoes, bikes or hike to the Honey Run waterfall.

This is a late 1800s farm house on my family farm. It has been fully remodeled and infrastructure updated but retains the simple architecture of the period farm house. Located one mile East of Gambier (Kenyon College), it's site overlooks the Kokosing River and is a short walk to the Kokosing Gap Bike Trail. Located right on Apple Valley Lake just outside of Mt Vernon, OH this 2250sqft house is recently remodeled has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths 2 levels and is beautiful. You can enjoy our dock and go swimming or paddle boarding or just relax and fish. On the main floor is a card room perfect for family games, kitchen with walk out to 2nd story deck and 3 season room, living room with TV, and master bedroom with a private deck and fireplace. Downstairs has 3 bedrooms and fireplace.
