The apartment (57 m2) is very centrally located. It is fully furnished and can accommodate 2 people + children. We only rent to non-smokers. No pets. Please only mention children in the chat because we don't want to take an extra charge for families. UKSH approx. 15 min. on foot, CAU approx. 20 min. on foot, Opera approx. 19 minutes on foot, Kunsthochschule 2 min. on foot, Train station and ferries approx. 15 min. on foot, Motorway access approx. 5 min. by car. Wifi. Own washing machine on the ground floor

Hallo zusammen, ihr übernachtet in einer 1-Zimmer Wohnung (27 qm - 3. Etage eines Mehrfamilienhauses -ohne Fahrstuhl) direkt an dem wunderschönen Schrevenpark gelegen. Die Wohnung wurde im Januar 2023 komplett renoviert und modern eingerichtet. Die Holtenauer Straße, die Innenstadt, die Uni, Shoppingmöglichkeiten, Restaurants & Cafes, sowie die KIELER WOCHE, sind in fußläufiger Entfernung erreichbar. Kostenfreie Parkplätze befinden sich in und um meiner Straße herum - evtl. Wartezeit.

Built in 2019, the penthouse is located in a quiet side street directly in the city center of Kiel (3 minutes on foot to the central station). In addition to the approx. 75 sqm, bright, open and spacious living space, the apartment includes a large roof terrace and a balcony. The furnishings and furnishings are of super high quality. E.g. Senseo coffee maker, SodaStream, large fridge ... My guests can use the streaming services maxdome and amazone PRIME for free on the TV.

The bright apartment is practical, yet comfortably furnished and offers up to 2 people all that is necessary for short stays. Beautiful 3 bedroom apartment in a great location

Welcome to my cozy 3 bedroom apartment at Gerhardstr 47 :) The apartment is very centrally located in Kiel in a traffic-calmed side street of Holtenauer Straße. Just around the corner are numerous shops, cafes, restaurants & also a bus stop. The apartment offers two bedrooms also a cozy living room. If necessary, an airbed can be set up for other guests. In addition, I will set up the baby bed if necessary:)

We offer our 30 sqm apartment in downtown Kiels. In March 2020 we renovated newly renovated. The quiet apartment building is located in a small residential street. The attached pictures hopefully give a good impression of the atmosphere of the rooms. We try to keep the apartment beautiful and modern all the time. As a bed, a high-quality 1.40 x 2.00 m sleeping couch is available. Internet and TV available!
