Cozy studio apartment

Cozy apartment on the 1st floor of the single-family home located in peaceful and quiet neighborhood centrally located on Kvaløysletta. One gets a feeling of almost living in the mountains. The property borders the outdoor area at the back and has a fantastic view over Tromsdalstinden, Tromsøya, the sea and the mountain range in Malangen. Only 4.3 km from Tromsø Airport, a drive of about 8-10 min. About 10 min. to go to grocery stores and pharmacies. Great bus connections and a magical hiking- terrain right outside the house door both summer and winter time.

Apartment is 70 sqm, was built in 2016 and is located in an apartment area on Kvaløysletta. Close to nature for nature experiences like mountain hiking/skiing/randonee right outside the door and opportunity to see northern lights. Less light pollution than the city center. Mountains like Rødtinden, Akselkollen and Finnlandsfjellet are within walking distance of the door! The apartment has 2 bedrooms, large kitchen and dining area, spacious living room and 21m ² terrace. Free parking with room for several cars+carport. Private driveway and entrance.

If you want to live close to nature - but with a short distance to the city center and shopping center this is the place for you. The apartment is newly restored and located in a quiet residential area with hiking trail,ski slope and mountains in the immediate vicinity. On good evenings you can experience spectacular northern lights…..Short distance to bus which takes 10 min to airport, 12 min to Jekta shopping center and about 25 min to Tromsø city centre. By car it takes about 10-12 to the city center.

Beautiful and rustic house by the sea in the countryside 1 hrs drive from the city of Tromsø. The area is great for hiking, skiing, fishing and watcing the midnight sun in the summer and aurora borealis during winter. For a fee, our guests can also book the ocean sauna hot tub facilities , with a woodfired hot-tub and sauna placed on a big outdoor deck with a fireplace and a cosy indoor chill-zone. Guests can use our 12ft rowing boat and some fishing gear for free during the summerseason.

Live peacefully, but at the same time close to the city. Direct bus to city center and airport. Bus stop is only 200 m from the apartment. The center of Tromsø is a short drive away by car (20 min), and the airport (12 min). The house is located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by the immediate vicinity of beautiful nature. The apartment has its own entrance and all rooms are private. The apartment has bright rooms in a modern style. You can cook your own food in a modern kitchen.

Leiligheten ligger helt nede i strandkanten ved havet, 10 kilometer fra Lagnes flyplass, og 15 kilometer fra Tromsø sentrum. Her er det kort vei til både fjell og elv, så det er riktig og si at du er midt i nord-norsk natur. The apartment is located near by at the sea, 10 kilometers from Lagnes Airport and 15 kilometers from Tromsø city center. It is short distance to both mountains and river, so it's right to say that you are in the middle of northern Norwegian nature.

Hytte på Ytre Tomasjord med fantastisk utsikt over Balsfjorden. Sitte i jacuzzien å nyte nordlyset eller ta badstu for så å avkjøle seg med et snøbad ! 55 km fra Tromsø sentrum! Cottage is 250 m from the main road so in winter times you need 4wd car for going there! Price pr night to hire the jacuzzie is 50 euro. price pr night for the sauna is 30 euro. Offer this season a rent car SUV with 4wd; Range Rover Sport for 160 euro pr day.

Our house is situated on the appropriately named “whale island” (Kvaløya), just a short 15-20 minute drive to Tromsø city centre and 12 minutes to the airport (9km). This is a perfect location for those searching for a true Arctic experience, as the house is located at the main hub of Kvaløya. Dog and Reindeer sleddings are close by (3km). It is truly is the perfect place to appreciate northern Norway.
