The decoration is warm and functional. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a small condominium of 3 apartments. His passing side brings him a great light. The T2 consists of an entrance that overlooks the living room equipped with a fitted kitchen, designed to cook on site (induction plates, oven, dishwasher, fridge... ) A sofa bed can accommodate 2 additional people (children preferred). The room equipped with a comfortable bed of 140x200 overlooks a garden, ensuring serene nights. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a basin with storage. It is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer, new. The toilets are separate. A high chair and an umbrella bed for babies are available on request. New apartment with neat decor located on the first floor of a small building. Accommodation including a terrace, a living room with fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed of 160, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. It is very well served by public transport: bus, tram (Schmitt Rector station located at the foot of the building). Accessible directly through the Nantes ring road. Pool, post office, express U, etc. nearby.

Lovely flat with terrace in the city centre

Lovely and charming flat with a terrace in the historic centre of Nantes. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone.
