Welcome to our home! Just 1 block from Lake Monona and the Lake Loop bike path, our home is the perfect Madison destination location. Numerous great bars/restaurants nearby and its in the middle of everything fantastic Madison has to offer! With easy access to downtown, The Sylvee, Epic, State Street, Camp Randall, Kohl Center, west/east side, airport and everything in between. Enjoy a drink while sitting in the living room, looking out over Monona Bay & the Capital. What is better?--the view, or your proximity to downtown, UW campus, & the Alliant Center? This completely renovated, 100-year old home is in the Town of Blooming Grove, an enclave surrounded by Madison's near eastside. It has new heating & air conditioning and is sparkling clean with original hardwood floors, stairs & hardwood trim detail. There are 2 bedrooms (with ample closet & storage space), a living room, dining room, kitchen & bathroom. Please note the staircase is steep and may be difficult for some guests. Please inquire about e-bike availability for use during your stay.

Tranquil Bay Creek Home: The Ideal location for all of your Madison Adventures ZTRHP1-2020-00049 Enjoy the very best of Madison from my comfortable, ideally situated home. You will enjoy off-street parking, locked storage for your bicycles and even sometimes eggs courtesy of my hens. (Update- retired my girls and hoping for new chicks soon.) *I adhere to all recommended cleaning/sanitizing protocols during the Covid-19 pandemic. I keep the house unrented for 3 to 5 days between guest stays.

Adorable tiny house located just 1/2 block to Lake Waubesa with public lake access. It's a 1/2 mile walk to the Yahara bike path, access to the Capital City bike path and into downtown Madison. Spacious, open living room. A brand new kitchen with butcher block countertops. One bedroom with an attached full bath. Laminate hardwood floors throughout. 2 car parking pad. Large backyard with a firepit, brand new fence, and a nice view of the lake. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming.

Private lower level 1600sq ft apartment. Steps away from TPC Wisconsin! Follow the path to the back of the main house, here you'll find a beautiful space with large windows and plenty of natural light. Enjoy the warm gas fireplace, large flat screen TV. Make meals in the generous farmhouse kitchen. Sorry no full-size oven. Relax on the paved patio overlooking the wetlands and listen to many birds.
