Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This unit is located over a garage and has a private balcony overlooking the lake & is accessible by stair steps. We are located near a public boat ramp as well. And have kayaks, fire ring & swing to just simply sit and watch the lake. We have a 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed, walk in closet, 1 bath with laundry area, kitchen, & living room overlooking Lake Greenwood. No events, no pets & no smoking or vaping and there will be fines involved!

“Livin’ It” at the lake

Hurricane Helene left her mark, but we are repairing perimeter damage from trees. Our fence has areas that are bent and our lights at the picnic table require rewiring but the view and peace is still there. We apologize. Great weekly rates! Come disconnect for a few days and enjoy a nice getaway with a spectacular view! Whether kayaking, fishing, reading, grilling, storytelling or relaxing, we have something for everyone! Privacy, luxury and nature-for you! Luxurious apartment in our home (owner-occupied) - on 120 private acres overlooking the Enoree river. Visitors are blown away by the view and the sound of the river. Beautiful walking trail and 2 kayaks available for use. There is a beautiful waterfall located only 600 yards upriver, by kayak. There are bald eagles, turtles, herons, etc.. 15 miles to GSP airport and 21 miles to downtown Greenville and Spartanburg. (No pets, smoking/vaping inside, or guns!)
