The polder cottage is an oasis of tranquility in the middle of the Randstad. It is recently renovated and has all the comforts. The wifi works excellently in all area. Perfect place for holidays and to be able to work quietly. The polder house is centrally located: the beach (16 km), Amsterdam (20 km), Leiden (13 km) and Utrecht (30 km). This nice cottage with sunny garden is located in a quiet park near the beach, forest and dune area at Duindamseslag. It can accommodate a max. of 4 persons. On the ground floor there is a bedroom for 2 people (bed is 160x200cm), and in the open and low attic floor (1.60m highest point) there are 2 more sleeping places (beds are 80x200cm). Washing machine, and a parking space included. The cottage is difficult to reach with public transportation, a private car is recommended.

Our cozy cottage is 50 square meters ( total area . French doors to the enclosed garden on the south 5x7 L-shaped room with open kitchen ( kitchenette) Available: Refrigerator with freezer compartment. Dishwasher. Kettle. Oven. Airfryer. 2 ring induction hob. Nespresso coffee machine. Pleasant beds and pleasant (rain) shower sink with storage drawers. ATTENTION! The upper floor / sleeping area has no staircase fence and we recommend not to let small children stay here.
