Genuine Smålandsstuga near Lake Bolmen

Östergård is a house with history where you live comfortably but with old-fashioned charm. Lake Bolmen is a few hundred meters from the farm and within walking distance you reach lovely beaches or the boat that you can borrow if you want to go out and try your luck at fishing. The house has a spacious garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and dining area, a large living room, a smaller room and a lovely porch. On the upper floor there are both bedrooms with four beds, bathroom and toilet.

Relaxing old wood house

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation. There are two of them living in a part of the house. It is modern and nicely furnished. Private bathroom and kitchen. No sharing! One minute to the water with boat and two bikes to explore the area. Whether boating, picking berries and mushrooms, fishing, cycling or relaxing on the terrace. Here you can relax.
