Stunning period Farmhouse in rural setting

Dating from 1762, this beautiful stone cottage is full of period features, beamed ceilings and a huge inglenook fireplace. Lovely rural hillside location in a courtyard setting, 2 miles from the main road along a country lane, but only 9 miles from Ruthin. Enjoy the lovely private garden, watch the birds or stargaze at night whilst sharing a bottle of wine in the 'Piggery'. Perfectly placed for all that North Wales has to offer. Great for couples, adventurers, families and dogs. Car essential.

It is an ideal base for walkers, cyclists or for visiting relatives locally. We are ideally located for visiting the north Wales coast and mountains. Llangollen, with its many attractions is a short drive away. Please note we do not have facilities for children or infants. Smoking is not allowed inside or outdoors.

Set in a cottage garden on a hillside above the town of Llangollen our lovely blue cabin has panoramic views across town towards Castell Dinas Bran and the Horseshoe Pass. Beautiful Llangollen is great for a break any time of year. Sit with a drink on the decking, or in front of the little log burner, and watch the sunset over the mountains, or the snow sweeping in along the valley. No hot tub available on: Dec 20th to 23rd 2024 24th March to 3rd Feb 2025 Prices lower to reflect that. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Surrounded by amazing views, including Hope Mountain one side and the remains of the old viaduct nestled in amongst trees the other side. Set within the grounds of the Hall, the accommodation provides a peaceful retreat. Just 13 miles from Chester, 17 miles from Chester Zoo and about an hours drive from Snowdonia. Lots of great walks in the area, also 'One Planet Adventure' is nearby offering mountain biking, walking and trail running.

There will always be a friendly welcome at Cor Isa, a cosy stylish retreat on the hillside overlooking the Clwydian Range. The historic market town of Ruthin is a mile away and holds a wealth of history with it's castle, and beautiful buildings. Ruthin has numerous restaurants, pubs and take-aways (which includes deliveries). North Wales attractions are accessible by car with Snowdonia and Zip World only 1hr drive away. Mountain View Cabin

Modern one bedroom, dog friendly cabin in rural location with beautiful mountain views and walks. The cabin can sleep up to four people as it has a sofa bed, and is situated in the grounds of Lynwood which is the home of my husband Dave and I. The house has a sauna which cabin guests can use on request and at their own risk. We do not make a charge for the sauna and therefore don't provide robes or additional towels.
